N08120 Alloy/ HAYNES HR120 is one kind of alloys with extremely high temperature strength and anti-carburizing and anti-curing. N08120 Alloy has good resistance to industrial environment performing with solid solution strengthened heat resistant. Besides, this alloy offers excellent oxidation resistance and is comparable to any of the widely used Fe-Ni-Cr alloys, such as 300 series stainless steel, 800H [TJC STAINLESS]and 800HT. Its strength is significantly higher at 1095°C, even compared to ni-Cr alloy. N08120 Alloy/ HAYNES HR120 can be formed by cold and hot processing. When welding, Hastelloy X or HAYNES 556 cases are selected as welding materials according to the performance requirements.
N08120/ HAYNES HR120 Alloy’s oxidation resistance is comparable to that of other widely used Fe-Ni-Cr materials (such as 330 and 800H alloys), but still has high strength at temperatures up to 2000ºF (1095ºC) degrees. [TJC STAINLESS]It is significantly higher even when compared to Ni-Cr alloy. The alloy is usually welded using a HAYNES 556 filler wire.
