Introduction for Incoloy 825 Alloy Plate
Incoloy 825 is a titanium stabilized all-austenitic nickel-ferrochrome alloy with copper and molybdenum additions.Incoloy 825 is a versatile engineering alloy with acid and alkali corrosion resistance in both oxidation and reduction environments.
Alloy Overview:
The high nickel content gives the alloy effective resistance to stress corrosion cracking.Corrosion resistance is good in a variety of media, such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid and organic acids, alkali metals such as sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid solution.The high comprehensive performance of Incoloy 825 is demonstrated in a variety of nuclear combustion solvents with corrosive media, such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid and sodium hydroxide, which are all processed in the same equipment.

Alloy Property
Good resistance to stress corrosion cracking
Good resistance to spot corrosion and crevice corrosion

Certification to manufacture pressure vessels at temperatures up to 450℃
Application
Incoloy 825 is widely used in various industrial fields where the operating temperature does not exceed 550℃.
Typical applications are:
Heating tubes, containers, baskets and chains used in sulfuric acid pickling plants.
●Seawater cooling heat exchanger, Marine product pipeline system, acid gas environment pipeline.
