It is reported from Steel Association Data in Korea, in Aug the import of stainless hot rolled coils reached 53000 tons, which has a rising about 13% comparing with Aug in 2015, same percent’s increasing comparing with Jul, 2016. This is the new high point for stainless coils’ imports in recent 2 years.
In Aug Korea imported total 34500tons stainless coils from China, which is up by 25% than Aug, 2015 and 16% than Jul, 2016.
Today I was informed that price for steel will have another update by end of Sep, I will pay attention about this and keep you informed when there is any change in price.
