Heat Treatment:
➣ Annealing: Heating to 850~870℃, holding 4~6h, 30℃/h cooling to 600℃, air cooling, hardness ≤255HBS;
➣ recrystallization annealing: heating to 730~750℃, air cooling;
➣ Quenching: Heating to 1050~1100℃, oil cooling;
➣ Tempering: Heating to 150~160℃, [TJC STAINLESS]holding for 2~5h, air cooling, hardness ≥58HRC.
Performance Characteristics
The quenching has high hardness and high wear resistance;
② It has excellent corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, water and some acid and salt aqueous solutions;
(3) Good high temperature [TJC STAINLESS]dimensional stability, the use of temperature does not exceed 250℃;
(4) tempering: heating to 150~160℃, heat preservation 2~5h, air cooling, hardness ≥58HRC.
Applications:
9Cr18Mo is suitable for the manufacture of bearings, bushings, and other parts or die parts that are both wear-resistant and [TJC STAINLESS]corrosion-resistant in corrosive environment and non-lubricating strong oxidation atmosphere.
