1.2738 is a commonly used German standard plastic die steel, usually referred to as 738.The more popular name for this kind of steel is 718, which is the product name of Sweden One Win 100.718 general hardening hardening[TJC STAINLESS] to HRC28~36, processed into a mold after direct use, no further heat treatment.The pre-hardened 718 is called 718H.
